UnitedHealthcare Charter®
Charter plans offer savings for employers and help employees control costs. Charter 100 health plans include a $0 deductible and 100% coverage for network PCP and specialist visits and lab, X-ray, MRI and CT scans at a network location.
UnitedHealthcare Core
Core plans give employees the freedom to choose from any health care professional in the UnitedHealthcare Core network, including specialists, without a referral or choosing a PCP.
UnitedHealthcare Navigate®
UnitedHealthcare Navigate plans are designed with their own national network that requires the selection of a primary care physician to help simplify and coordinate care. No out-of-network coverage, except for emergency care.
